These guys are the best!! They moved a house we had been in for 30+ years to a place with steep driveway and stairs with heaps of boxes and very large pieces of furniture. All done with smiles and complete care. We also had a couple of smaller moves and will require another small move of a lounge soon. They are members of the furniture removalists association which was important to us. They were great with their communication. Their location is easy to access and plenty of parking. You can get your boxes, tape, bubble wrap etc there and you will be greeted warmly no matter how often you go there plus you may get to meet the lovely 4 legged mascot Joey 😍. Oh and you get $ back on returned boxes, provided they were bought new. This doesn't apply to boxes bought 2nd hand and fair enough. These guys don't pressure you, as others did. They also don't ask for reviews, I had to ask them which is something I like. I can see why they have been around for so long. The guys who did our actual move were amazing. The planning was great, their communication with me and between each other was 100%. They were fit and strong, my god they were fit. They had little laughs with each other which put me at ease cause it showed they were a team and knew what they were doing, all 4 of them. I really really recommend Man and his van for your removals and thanks to you all for making this stressful time so much less so. I had to ring around to find an emergency removalist on a Friday afternoon late. Everyone rejected me. Everyone. I tried 30 x removalists. Dan didn’t. He was the only one. He took the time to listen to me, to provide removalist options, but more so he would work Saturday from 7.30am to align with my deadline. The quality of their communications, good humour and attention to detail when moving and wrapping items was exemplary. Not only did they provide a large ish truck for my move, they had a back up additional truck parked in the street. As time grew tight, Dan himself and Zac added themselves to the team for a dedicated window of time to make sure that delivery was achieved. Nothing was too hard. They were first class. Prices were described in detail up front. Always in my control. You might go a long way to find a more dedicated team who genuinely focuses on delivery for the customer, as opposed to other movers who think their business is scheduling trucks. A top-class service in taking away our furniture as we ventured north to Brisbane, taking care of it for almost two years while we eventually found a house to buy and now helping ship it to us. Always very responsive, helpful and very well priced as well as giving advice not to store 'stuff' endlessly because you can't decide what to do with it.
